All Saints Anglican School is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our vibrant school community.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Senior School Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Senior School Office. This is a front-facing position that requires a warm, professional demeanor and strong organisational skills. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and reception duties and will provide valuable support to teaching and non-teaching staff alike.
This full-time, term-time position commences immediately and continues for the remainder of the 2025 academic year.
ABOUT YOU
We鈥檙e looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy environment and brings a friendly, team-focused attitude. You will be someone who;
- Has previous administration experience (education sector preferred).
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn platforms like TASS and Schoolbox.
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Works well both independently and collaboratively.
- Maintains confidentiality and acts with integrity in all interactions.
- Supports and contributes to the ethos and spiritual life of the School
