An exciting opportunity has arisen for passionate and committed Junior School Teachers to join our Junior School from Term 1, 2027.

Our Junior School caters for 675 students from Pre-Prep to Year 6 and is characterised by a culture that embraces challenge, celebrates success and fosters a genuine enjoyment of learning.

The successful applicant will be a dedicated and inspiring educator who demonstrates a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and the Science of Learning.

We currently have two vacancies for this role, both commencing in Term 1, 2027:

  • A full-time fixed-term position for 2027
  • A full-time permanent position
Key Responsibilities

Academic Excellence

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum Version 9.
  • Di铿erentiate instruction to support a range of abilities.
  • Partner with colleagues to promote a low-variance, high-expectation approach to teaching and learning.
  • Design effective assessment tasks and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to a collaborative teaching culture, sharing ideas, resources and e铿ective practice with colleagues.

Pastoral Care & Student Wellbeing

  • Build positive, respectful relationships with students that support con铿乨ence, independence and personal growth.
  • Take responsibility for students鈥 welfare both in and outside the classroom.
  • Support positive student behaviour through clear expectations and consistent classroom management strategies.
  • Work closely with families, junior school sta铿 and learning support professionals to support each student鈥檚 learning and wellbeing.
